Our team is focused on promoting and implementing comprehensive solutions fromZscaler(NASDAQ: ZS), the world leader in Zero Trust, including deployment, implementation, and Managed Security Services (MSS). Key Responsibilities
- Technical Certification: Assist the company in achieving Zscaler Partner certifications to ensure the team possesses officially recognized technical delivery capabilities.
- Solution Deployment & Architecture Design: Lead the deployment of Zscaler product lines (including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, etc.) and optimize security policies and configurations based on diverse customer business scenarios.
- Technical Standardization: Author high-quality Technical Runbooks and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure excellence and consistency in technical delivery.
- Technical Training: Conduct technical workshops to introduce Zscaler solutions to clients and manage technical knowledge transfer and training for client personnel.
- Automation & AI Innovation: Leverage automation tools and AI technologies to optimize delivery processes, enhancing service efficiency and minimizing human error.
- Architecture Modernization: Assist clients in migrating traditional network and security architectures to a Zero Trust framework based on Zscaler.
- Cross-functional Technical Support: Provide reactive technical support for Zscaler-related products to the Managed Security Services (MSS) team.
Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Practical Experience: 3+ years of implementation experience in public cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Core Expertise: Solid understanding ofnetwork protocols(e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, SAML, OAuth) andcybersecurity defense architectures(e.g., Firewalls, IPS, SWG).
- Development Skills: Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess any of the following professional certifications:AWS Certified Security - Specialty,AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty,CompTIA Security+, orISC SSCP.
- Practical experience in developingAI automation processesorAI Agents.
- Experience in using or designing anyZero Trust products(e.g., Zscaler, Cloudflare, etc.).
- Excellent technical documentation writing and public speaking/presentation skills.
