We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Zscaler Specialist in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network security and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Zscaler security solutions for clients in the Southeast Asia region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Zscaler services effectively.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network security incidents using Zscaler platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding Zscaler best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of Zscaler solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in network security or cloud security solutions.
• Strong understanding of Zscaler architecture and services.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions and SaaS applications.
• Proficient in network protocols and security standards (TCP/IP, SSL, VPN, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network performance issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator, CCSP, CISSP) are preferred.
