As we expand our presence in the healthcare sector, we are building a talent pool for upcoming Durable Medical Equipment (DME) / Healthcare Back Office Support operations serving U.S. healthcare providers.
We are looking for detail-oriented DME / Healthcare Back Office Specialists to support key functions such as patient intake, insurance eligibility and benefits verification, prior authorization, order processing, medical documentation, billing, claims follow-up, and patient/provider coordination.
We value accuracy, accountability, attention to detail, and service excellence, especially in healthcare operations where quality and compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Depending On Assignment And Specialization, Responsibilities May Include
Patient Intake & Order Processing: Process patient referrals and DME orders, verify patient and prescription information, review supporting documents, and coordinate missing requirements.
Insurance Verification & Prior Authorization: Verify eligibility, benefits, and DME coverage with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers; submit and follow up on authorization requests.
Documentation & Compliance: Review prescriptions, SWOs, CMNs, and supporting clinical documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with payer and client requirements.
Medical Billing & RCM: Prepare and submit DME claims, work with HCPCS codes and modifiers, monitor claim status, and support payment posting, AR, denials, appeals, and claim corrections.
Patient, Provider & Payer Coordination: Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, physician offices, and insurance payers regarding documentation, coverage, authorizations, billing, and order status.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records across assigned healthcare and client systems.
