Job Description

Job Function:

The position is responsible in leading the Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives of the assigned zone/s, from ideation/creation and execution to monitoring and measurement. The incumbent will be working closely with the other Marketing functions (Store Marketing, Digital, Creatives and Visual Merchandising) and Operations leads to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop local store marketing plans and manage execution (including chain campaigns) to achieve business goals of the zone
  • Utilize the analytics of the Zone in understanding the unique qualities of the market per branch and drive marketing strategies that will target the key segments of the zone (and based on the upcoming development in the areas).
  • Develop the zone marketing plan and provide marketing channels (omni channel) for branches to implement. Manage the deliverables for timely and correct implementation.
  • Control and track spending of all local store marketing activities for the zone to ensure that everything is within approved budget levels.
  • Spearhead coordination with various support groups in head office to process requirements for marketing activities. (Creative Development / Promo Sys Processing / Barcode & Discount Activation with the support groups).
  • Management / Coaching of Branch Marketing Managers. Build competencies and identify gaps. Evaluation of Performance on each based on their prescribed KPIs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Brand/Trade Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • At least 5-year experience in a marketing senior management role in retail or FMCG landscape.
  • Willing to travel and oversee branches within NCR 4: Mall of Asia, Southmall, Bicutan, Aura, Sucat & BF Paranaque or North Luzon 1 : Cauayan, Tuguegarao, Urdaneta, Baguio, Rosales, Laoag & La Union
