Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Zone Manager to oversee the operations of multiple commercial sites within an assigned zone. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and consistent execution of standards across all managed properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale, customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites within the assigned zone
- Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor site performance and drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and customer experience
- Coordinate with site managers and functional teams to address operational concerns
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews
- Support tenant and stakeholder engagement to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance performance
- Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, compliance, and operational consistency
- Manage escalation of operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in operations management or property management
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or multi-site management role
- Strong background in handling large-scale retail, commercial, or property operations
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel across assigned zones as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail property, mall operations, or large commercial environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
