Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Specialist role based in Cebu. The Zoho Specialist will configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related modules) to support internal operations and client workflows. Day-to-day tasks include setting up automation, workflows, and integrations; managing user roles and permissions; and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into Zoho solutions, creating reports and dashboards, and documenting processes and configurations. The Zoho Specialist will also troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Zoho support when needed, train users on best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality for financial planning and professional services clients.
Qualifications
- Strong experience configuring and administering Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns), including customization, workflows, and automation.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating operational needs into system configurations tailored to financial planning or professional services environments.
- Solid understanding of data management, including data migration, data cleansing, reporting, and dashboard creation to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Technical aptitude in APIs, third-party integrations, and basic scripting or low-code tools within Zoho to connect and streamline multiple systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in financial services or professional services is an advantage.
