About Digital Pie
We're a New Zealand-based digital agency going through an exciting pivot. Alongside our core website, hosting, and Google Ads services, we're growing fast in the CRM space — helping businesses implement, automate, and get real value from Zoho CRM. As an authorized Zoho Partner, we work with clients across a range of industries, building custom CRM configurations that actually fit how they operate.
We're a team of around 20 people split between New Zealand and the Philippines, and we work hard, move fast, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
The Role
We're looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who knows the platform inside and out — someone who's done real implementations, not just ticked boxes in a demo environment.
You'll work directly with Blair and our dev team to scope, build, and deliver CRM solutions for clients. You'll be the go-to person on all things Zoho CRM — from the initial setup through to complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Zoho CRM implementations from discovery through to go-live
- Building custom modules, fields, layouts, and views tailored to each client
- Creating workflows, blueprints, approval processes, and automation rules
- Writing Zoho Functions (Deluge) for custom logic and integrations
- Connecting Zoho CRM with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks (working alongside our dev team)
- Migrating client data cleanly into Zoho CRM from existing systems
- Documenting what you build so clients and the team can manage it going forward
- Supporting clients post-implementation with training and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience — implementations, not just administration
- Strong grasp of Zoho CRM customisation: modules, fields, layouts, canvas views
- Solid experience with Zoho workflows, blueprints, and automation rules
- Zoho Functions / Deluge scripting — comfortable writing and debugging functions
- Experience integrating Zoho CRM with other platforms (REST APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow)
- Familiarity with the broader Zoho One ecosystem (Zoho Projects, Analytics, Desk, Books) is a big plus
- Clear communicator — you'll be talking to clients and a cross-time zone team
- Self-directed — able to scope a problem and get on with it
Nice to have:
- Zoho CRM certification
- Experience working for or with a digital agency
- Familiarity with data migration and CRM onboarding best practices
