Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Zoho One suite, ensuring stability, security, and performance across all modules.
  • Manage and maintain the following Zoho applications:
  • CRM
  • Desk
  • Forms
  • nventory
  • Books
  • Field Service Management
  • People
  • Cliq
  • Design, build, and optimize workflows, automation, and sequencing to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process gaps and translate business needs into Zoho solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data integrity across all systems.
  • Support ongoing system build-outs, module integration, and feature enhancements as business requirements evolve.
  • Troubleshoot issues and liaise with Zoho Support or developers as needed to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Zoho System Administrator, Zoho Developer, or Zoho Consultant, preferably in a multi-module environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zoho One and its key applications listed above.
  • Strong understanding of automation, workflow configuration, and data mapping.
  • Experience in building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
