We're hiring a high-level Automation Specialist to own and optimize automation systems across multiple client accounts.
This is not a back-end-only role. You will be client-facing, logging into accounts live, troubleshooting in real time, and confidently leading technical conversations on Zoom.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Automation & Systems
- Building and managing advanced automations inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Designing and maintaining workflows in N8N & Zapier (required)
- Troubleshooting complex automation failures quickly and confidently
- Managing webhooks, APIs, tagging logic, conditional workflows, and attribution paths
Sales & Funnel Infrastructure
Setting up and managing:
- Live webinar automations
- Front-end product access + fulfillment flows
- Sales team routing & pipeline automations
- Lead assignment logic for complex sales teams
- Domain configuration (DNS records, subdomains, email sending domains, tracking domains)
- Ensuring proper CRM data flow and lifecycle tracking
Client-Facing Responsibilities
Joining client calls to:
- Troubleshoot automation issues live
- Walk clients through technical setups
- Confidently explain system logic
- Logging directly into client accounts when needed
- Owning implementation from start to finish
