We make documentary-style videos that explain complex stories in a clear and engaging way.

Role Overview

YTMG LTD is looking for an organised and proactive YouTube Production Assistant to support our documentary-style channels, including Beyond Military and Beyond Facts.

You will help coordinate the complete production process—from scripts and voiceovers to edits, thumbnails and publishing.

What You'll Do

• Track deadlines and keep every video moving.
• Coordinate writers, editors, voice artists and thumbnail designers.
• Organise production files and footage sources.
• Review videos and packaging for errors before publication.
• Prepare and schedule videos in YouTube Studio.
• Support research and title and thumbnail development.

You're a Strong Fit If You

• Have experience with YouTube or digital video production.
• Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Understand what makes viewers click and continue watching.
• Communicate clearly and take ownership when something needs attention.
• Care about quality, teamwork and continuously improving your work.

This is a full-time remote position working with an international production team.

Shortlisted applicants will complete a structured two-hour work sample covering analytics, strategy, script screening and production operations.
