What You&aposll Do
- Own the YouTube Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan that drives growth and aligns with brand and campaign goals.
- Optimize for Discovery: Use metadata, thumbnails, and analytics to improve search rankings, CTRs, and watch time.
- Lead Creative Development: Launch new video formats and series. Guide editing and graphics to ensure visual consistency.
- Drive Engagement: Manage comments, polls, and community posts. Partner with social teams to amplify distribution.
- Monetize Smartly: Manage AdSense, sponsorships, and partnerships. Sync content with campaigns and revenue goals.
- Analyze & Report: Track KPIs like AVD, CTR, and retention. Provide insights and recommendations using YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, writing, and design to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.
What We&aposre Looking For
- 12+ years managing YouTube channels (bonus: personal finance, tech, or self-growth content)
- Proven track record of scaling subscribers, watch time, or monetization
- Strong eye for story, pacing, and visual design
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and similar tool
