We're looking for a YouTube Content Strategist who can turn luxury travel, destination weddings, celebrations, and hospitality topics into engaging content that educates, inspires, builds trust, and drives action.
You understand what captures attention on YouTube and can take content from insight and concept through scripting, production direction, optimization, and performance analysis.
This role requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, storytelling, channel growth, and YouTube best practices—particularly for aspirational, high-intent audiences planning luxury travel experiences, destination weddings, and milestone celebrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop YouTube content strategies aligned with business, audience growth, and revenue objectives
Build content pillars around destination weddings, luxury travel, wedding planning, venues, resorts, honeymoon experiences, industry insights, supplier spotlights, real weddings, and celebration trends
Identify content opportunities based on audience behavior, travel trends, wedding trends, seasonal demand, and business priorities
Script and structure videos with strong hooks, compelling storytelling, and high audience retention
Transform complex wedding planning, travel, venue selection, and luxury hospitality topics into engaging and accessible content
Collaborate with marketing, sales, event, travel, and industry experts to develop video concepts and narratives
Create content that inspires action from couples, travelers, venues, suppliers, and industry professionals
Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, and SEO
Improve discoverability, watch time, click-through rates, subscriber growth, and audience engagement
Apply YouTube best practices to maximize channel growth, authority, and commercial impact
Identify opportunities to convert viewers into leads, inquiries, event attendees, members, or customers
Monitor channel analytics including retention, CTR, search traffic, audience behavior, and conversion signals
Use performance data to refine content strategy, formats, publishing cadence, and creative direction
Stay informed on YouTube trends, platform updates, luxury travel trends, destination wedding trends, and developments within the hospitality industry
Continuously test new content formats, storytelling approaches, and growth opportunities
3–5+ years of experience in YouTube content strategy, channel management, content creation, or video production
Strong experience producing educational, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, wedding, luxury, or founder-led content
Skilled in scripting, storytelling, and structuring long-form and short-form YouTube content
Strong understanding of audience growth, content monetization, lead generation, and conversion-focused content strategies
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Experience using YouTube Analytics, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and related optimization tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with luxury brands, hospitality, tourism, weddings, events, or travel businesses is highly desirable
