Job Responsibilities
- Entering and reconciling transactions in Xero (basically upload bills and reconcile bank feeds- around 4-5 hours per week)
- Liaising with our accountants and following up on tax returns and other tax-related matters
- Handling general administrative duties and following company instructions
- Preparing tasks for our support personnel - excel sheet with customers list to call and follow up.
- Personal assistant duties, manage appointments and reminders.
