Supervises the daily workload of the assigned Workshop Team (PMS / GJ) and ensures the efficient distribution of repair / service orders among the technicians to achieve the given target productivity and efficiency rates.
Addresses workshop operational issues and concerns and elevates to Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager which cannot be resolved at his/her level
Supervises work area maintenance and ensures the compliance of the technicians to workshop housekeeping and safety standards of the company and the Plant / Manufacturer
Ensures that all equipment, assigned and borrowed tools of the team are complete, in good working condition, clean and has no damage
Performs other functions as may be directed by immediate superior and/ or Next higher Head
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Graduate of Automotive Vocational Course
WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 Years of relevant work experience, 1 year of which in a supervisory capacity
ELIGIBILITY: Professional Drivers License 1 & 2 holder
