Workplace Technology Engineer (MS365, IAM, ITIL)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies to support secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise environments.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience;
• Must have 7+ years of experience managing workplace technology and IT infrastructure environments;
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender, DLP, and endpoint management tools;
• Good understanding of IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, JML processes, and privileged access management;
• Familiar with Zero Trust security concepts, network security, and identity federation;
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments including WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DHCP, and TCP/IP;
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

Desired Skill-set

• Preferred certifications in workplace technology, cloud, or networking, with exposure to financial services, Telco operations, and regulatory environments;
• Good understanding of ITIL framework, IT service management practices, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize workplace technology and infrastructure solutions across the organization;
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 technologies, collaboration tools, end-user devices, and office productivity platforms;
• Administer enterprise network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, and remote access solutions;
• Drive infrastructure service recovery and minimize system downtime for business continuity;
• Monitor and manage vendor/service provider SLAs and performance;
• Evaluate and recommend emerging workplace technologies and industry best practices.
