As a Workplace Experience Supervisor (WXS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all facilities operations processes on your assigned site are managed seamlessly. Supporting the WX Director, Head, or Senior Manager, you will lead a team of Concierge Assistants to take care of the well-being of all employees and visitors. In this role, you will lead and drive department initiatives to maintain showroom standards, ensure safety and security, oversee maintenance and repairs, and manage emergency situations with consistency and efficiency.
Your Impact
- Employee Experience & Customer Service: Drive site initiatives to deliver exceptional workplace experiences, ensuring cleanliness, quality amenities, and high customer satisfaction for all employees and visitors.
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Drive consistency, efficiency, and maintenance schedules across assigned sites to uphold high showroom standards and keep facilities in optimal working condition.
- Vendor Management & Quality Assurance: Manage third-party vendors and service providers effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and adherence to operational standards.
- Safety, Security & Incident Management: Oversee site safety and security protocols, staying on top of emergency situations and maintaining a secure environment for all occupants.
- Front Office & Concierge Management: Lead and mentor a team of Concierge Assistants, ensuring smooth front-office operations, welcoming service, and efficient daily workflows.
- Project & Renovation Management: Assist in coordinating site projects, office renovations, and spatial improvements to support ongoing organizational growth.
- Financial & Supply Management: Manage site expenses, track inventory and supplies, and maintain accurate administrative and financial records using MS Office tools.
What You Bring
- The Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations, preferably within a BPO, corporate, logistics, or hospitality environment.
- The Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related experience; professional certifications such as IFMA, OSHA, or PMP are a plus.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative task tracking, report generation, financial tracking, and procedure manual writing.
- The Mindset: Results-driven leader with strong problem-solving skills, operational management acumen, financial awareness, and the ability to adapt to a cyclical shift schedule.
- Communication Prowess: Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, strong moral standards, and the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and nationalities.
