About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Exp Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and memorable experiences for employees, visitors, and clients within a workplace environment.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You'll Do

  • Front-desk support : Receive and direct incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and provide short HSE induction.
  • Office operations : Schedule meetings, screen packages, and arrange dispatch services.
  • Events Management: Plan and coordinate events from conception to execution
  • Maintenance and upkeep : Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms, and other common areas.
  • Problem-solving : Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
  • Technology management : Manage CCTV and door access systems, including badge activation and de-activation.
  • Reporting and record-keeping : Update attendance records, utilities bill summaries, and vendor service reports.
  • Asset management : Manage office assets, including chairs in/out records and work permits for contractors.
  • Communication : Connect with client security teams and building management as needed.

About You

  • Vocational Graduate or Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Facilities Management Background is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
