Job Description

Job Scope

  • Plan and run employee engagement activities, events, and workplace programs
  • Act as the main contact for employee concerns and internal communication
  • Support day-to-day office administration, records, and coordination tasks
  • Monitor workplace safety, report incidents, and ensure compliance standards
  • Work with teams to improve employee experience and sense of community

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a people-first approach
  • Experience in admin, HR support, employee engagement, or similar roles
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety or HR operations is an advantage
