WorkforceSuite / Workforce Software Implementation Consultant

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add ADP Workforce Suite (formerly Workforce Software / WFS) Consultants to our practice.

Consultants may support a variety of client initiatives depending on project needs, including new implementations, system optimization, configuration, testing, upgrades, remediation, integrations, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:

• Support ADP Workforce Suite / Workforce Software implementation initiatives
• Participate in discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
• Translate business requirements into functional system designs
• Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, and workforce management functionality
• Configure work rules, pay rules, overtime, premiums, schedules, and attendance policies
• Review and optimize existing configurations and processes
• Support integrations with payroll, HR/HCM, ERP, and other systems
• Develop and execute test scripts and validation scenarios
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel testing, and defect resolution
• Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues
• Assist with data validation, deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities
• Create functional documentation, process documentation, and configuration materials
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to client teams

Required Qualification(s):

• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Suite / Workforce Software (WFS)
• Experience supporting workforce management implementations, optimization efforts, or related projects
• Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling functionality
• Experience with work rules, pay rules, overtime, premiums, shifts, and attendance policies
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Understanding of integrations between workforce management, payroll, and HCM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with global environments, complex workforce populations, or integrations with ADP GlobalView, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Lyric, SAP, Workday, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.

Duration:

Varies based on client project timeline and scope. Engagements may range from short-term targeted support to longer-term implementation projects.

Level of Effort:

Varies by engagement. Opportunities may include part-time, full-time, or project-phase-specific support.

Working Hours:

Varies based on client location, project requirements, and implementation schedule. These engagements are typically remote.
