Role Requirements:
- Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate
- 2-3 years of experience as a WFM Team Lead or equivalent in BPO/shared services
- 4 years total experience in WFM/RTA
- Must have experience in Verint as a workforce tool
- Strong Excel proficiency. Power BI is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Preferably available to start immediately
