You are the heartbeat of GoTeam's internal operational efficiency. This role exists to ensure our workforce is synchronized, productive, and supportedbridging the gap between high-level departmental goals and day-to-day team performance. You don't just track numbers; you own the data that allows our leadership to make informed decisions and our teams to thrive.

Day to day, you are a master of coordination. Whether you are auditing productivity reports, streamlining the onboarding of new talent, or resolving internal team concerns, you act as the central point of contact for operational readiness. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments and takes pride in maintaining the organizational systems that keep a global company running smoothly.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 23 years of experience in managing workforce operations, preferably within a BPO or high-growth corporate environment.
• A background in Business Management (degree preferred) with a knack for organizational optimization.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with tracking tools like Time Doctor, Teramind, CRM, or ticketing systems.
• A proactive mindsetyou don't wait for problems to escalate; you identify trends in attendance or productivity and resolve them early.
• The ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM7:00 AM) hybrid at Cebu IT Park.

Strong Signals

• Experience auditing 1:1 logs and internal communication compliance.
• Proven ability to manage both onboarding and offboarding workflows simultaneously.
• High level of comfort acting as Chat Support for internal operational queries.

Workforce & Productivity Management

You own the data that defines our internal success by tracking attendance, productivity, and departmental scoreboards.

• Monitor Time Doctor/Teramind reports to proactively resolve productivity issues.
• Track attendance, call-ins, and leave credits in coordination with Heads of Departments (HODs).
• Maintain the Manager's Portal (Ashima) to ensure all team data is 100% accurate.

Onboarding & Offboarding Excellence

You ensure every team member's journeyfrom Day 1 to their final dayis professional and organized.

• Manage login access, equipment checklists, and notification emails for new hires.
• Maintain up-to-date turnover sheets and departmental rosters.
• Complete employee tool checklists at least 2 days prior to start dates.

Organizational Optimization

You act as a bridge between departments to ensure resources are leveraged effectively.

• Audit 1:1 check-ins to ensure quality engagement between managers and teams.
• Track mandatory training progress and completion for the internal workforce.
• Support project delivery within performance metrics and budget constraints.

Internal Support & Escalation

You are the go-to resource for internal how-to and operational troubleshooting.

• Serve as internal chat support for workforce and operations-related concerns.
• Escalate feedback and challenges from HODs to the Operations Manager.
