Discussing and understanding the client's requirements and making amends to the existing Solution design document.
Business oriented thinking in making any project change orders to the existing signed statement of Work.
Should be well versed with Workforce & Time & Attendance software functionality. [PT101 certification preferred]
Exposure to cloud environments build and database configurations.
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
Self-driven and ownership to track/complete project tasks on timely manner.
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Should have handled customers across US and UK.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven technical leadership and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under demanding project implementations.
Should be a certified and should have knowledge on project implementation methodologies.
