Workforce Scheduler (Analyst - Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as a subject matter for scheduler timekeeper coordinators offering onboarding development and coaching/mentoring support.
• Acts as an escalation point for complex questions and issues, works with the team, centralized scheduling leadership as well as department leadership.
• Leads all post-schedule maintenance of departmental schedules within the electronic staffing system, ensuring accurate and adequate daily coverage, maintaining operational efficiency, and required skill mix, and proactively communicating and escalating recruitment needs based on projected volumes.
• Proven leadership and oversight for Resource Optimization Center (ROC) and centralized scheduling operations within a global captive center environment.
• Establish, monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Management or related field.
• Manager: 7 years of experience in workforce management and staffing operations
• Supervisor: 3+ years of experience with staffing/scheduling and 3+ years of supervisory/people management experience
• Analyst: 3 years of experience with staffing, workforce and scheduling software
• Must have an experience with UKG/Kronos preferably from a healthcare company. Non negotiable
• Preferably Registered Nurse (RN), UKG Certified
• Strong knowledge of EPIC/ConnectCare OpTime
