Requirements
- 3+ years experience in workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, or healthcare operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or allied health experience preferred.
What You'll Be Doing
Workforce Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage clinician rosters and appointment schedules.
- Optimize appointment sequencing, clinician utilization, and travel routes.
- Monitor workforce capacity and proactively address scheduling gaps.
Operational Coordinatin
- Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent rescheduling requests.
- Ensure patient records and supporting documentation are complete.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Verify consents, prescriptions, medical clearances, and required documentation.
Reporting & Performance Analyst
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare reports and provide workforce planning insights to leadership.
Stakeholder Management
- Support workforce management initiatives and operational improvement projects.
