Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Asst Workforce Manager located in Taguig. The Asst Workforce Manager will be responsible for daily workforce management, including capacity planning, program management, and workforce planning. The role requires the development and implementation of strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels, continuous analysis of data to improve performance, and management of workforce-related projects.
