The Workforce Specialist in Reporting is responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing

workforce management reports and analytics. This role focuses on data analysis, report automation,

and providing insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop workforce management reports and dashboards

• Extract, analyze, and present workforce data and metrics

• Automate routine reporting processes and data updates

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports

• Create ad-hoc analyses and special project reports

• Maintain report documentation and user guides

• Train end users on report interpretation and usage

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 2+ years experience in reporting and data analysis

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills

• Knowledge of workforce management metrics and KPIs

• Experience with business intelligence tools

• Understanding of database structures and data relationships

• Report automation and scheduling capabilities

• Strong attention to detail and data quality

Technical Expertise and Tools

• Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)

• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and macros

• SQL for database querying and data extraction

• Workforce Management Systems reporting modules

• Data visualization and charting tools

• Report automation tools and schedulers

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBA)
