Role Description The Workforce Management Senior Manager will oversee end-to-end workforce planning and execution for on-site operations in Antipolo. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management to ensure service levels and performance targets are met across multiple programs. The role includes leading and mentoring a workforce management team, optimizing staffing models, analyzing operational data, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The Workforce Management Senior Manager will partner closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and Client Services to align workforce strategies with business goals, support new program launches, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in workforce management, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring within a contact center or BPO environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with skill in influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of service level management, occupancy, shrinkage, and other key WFM KPIs.
  • Experience working with workforce management software and related systems; familiarity with scheduling and forecasting tools is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Antipolo, with flexibility to support operations during peak periods or shifting business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Background in BPO, shared services, or high-volume customer operations; experience in digital or tech-driven environments is an advantage.
