- Lead Workforce Management (WFM) operations, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time staffing adjustments to meet service-level objectives.
- Monitor workforce performance metrics such as adherence, shrinkage, and intraday performance, while developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable operational and executive insights.
- Oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM) by developing, maintaining, governing, and testing Business Continuity Plans to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational resilience.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Facilities, Training, and Transition teams to align workforce and continuity strategies, manage risks and issues, and drive remediation efforts to completion.
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Workforce Management Leader (Business Continuity) Should Have
- A strong background in workforce management within an SSC (Captive Environment) is a must
- Proficiency in using workforce management tools, including RTA systems. (not limited to RTA)
- A proven track record of managing business continuity strategies effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- WFM platform certification is great to have
