Job Description

Skillset Requirements

  • Experience and proficient in:
  • Boomi Integration Design and Development
  • API integrations, data mapping, and transformation logic
  • Knowledge and experience in AI development

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on requests that pertain to enhancement or maintenance of existing labor scheduling and forecasting application and/or time & attendance system.
  • Design, develop, and test solutions following Albertsons standards and guidelines.
  • Document integration workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work in a team environment, reporting to the WFM Dev & Maintenance IT Delivery Manager.
  • Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.

Qualifications / Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of similar Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling and Forecasting, or Contracts systems
  • Willing to be cross-trained with the WFM applications maintained by the team
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
