Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Morning shift, shifting schedule

Work setup: Onsite, Clark, Pampanga

Salary range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of direct Workforce Management (WFM) experience as a Workforce Analyst in a BPO or operations environment
  • Hands-on experience in workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Workforce Management tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect, or Genesys
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using MS Excel, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite at SM City Clark

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze workforce forecasts, schedules, and capacity plans
  • Monitor daily staffing levels, attendance, and productivity metrics to ensure SLA compliance
  • Create and present workforce performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management review
  • Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Support real-time monitoring of call volumes, queue management, and schedule adherence in contact center environments, where applicable
  • Partner with Operations and HR to optimize scheduling, shift planning, and leave management
  • Conduct root cause analysis for staffing gaps, attrition trends, and performance issues
  • Recommend strategies to improve workforce efficiency, utilization, and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain workforce management systems and ensure accuracy of data
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting, scheduling, and reporting processes
