What You'll Do

Own the Talent Journey

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and compliance
  • Manage contract extensions, rate changes, and offboarding with precision

Deliver VIP-Level Service

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients and contractors
  • Resolve queries promptly via email, cases, and hotline

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Execute tasks using business systems efficiently
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to projects

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Experience in BPO or customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
