- Resolve queries promptly via email, cases, and hotline
Drive Operational Excellence
- Execute tasks using business systems efficiently
- Identify process improvements and contribute to projects
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Experience in BPO or customer service is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
