About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Workforce & KPI Analyst to turn operational data into insights that improve workforce performance, productivity, utilization, and delivery outcomes.
You will serve as a key analytics partner to Delivery, Production, Workforce Planning, Quality, Community, and Vendor teams. You will own operational reporting and KPI governance while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Do
- Analyze workforce performance, including staffing, attendance, absenteeism, utilization, productivity, and overtime.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reporting.
- Analyze productivity, quality, throughput, SLA, and delivery performance.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and operational risks through data analysis.
- Support workforce and capacity forecasting through historical data and performance insights.
- Conduct deep-dive and root-cause analyses to support operational decisions.
- Develop dashboards and automate recurring reports where possible.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardized KPI definitions across reporting.
- Partner with operational teams to identify opportunities for productivity and process improvement.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, operations analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or workforce management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience working with large operational datasets.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and performance reports.
- Strong understanding of workforce metrics such as utilization, productivity, attendance, shrinkage, and staffing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to operational and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
Experience in AI data collection, BPO, workforce management, contact centers, shared services, data annotation, logistics, recruitment analytics, or high-volume operations is an advantage.
