Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to join our team in the HR Reporting and Analytics space. This is a hybrid role where you will be the primary point person for an HR client group and develop dashboard products.
You will also collaborate closely with the IT team to productize and automate your products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's data-driven decision-making and play a crucial role in enhancing our reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Develop and build metrics and insight products that enable the HR Services function to effectively monitor the performance of their processes and service delivery.
- Utilize statistics and data visualization tools to analyze and present complex data sets in a clear and concise manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Front-end Development: Rapidly develop dashboards to visualize and present data insights, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Design visually compelling dashboards, reports, and narrative that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Data Structured: Leverage existing datasets in Google Cloud Platform and Tableau.
- Data Unstructured: Create semi-automated data pipelines to efficiently gather, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.
- Merge structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple systems to create meaningful KPIs / metrics, identifying trends and highlight company-wide talent-related insights.
- Identify opportunities for data process optimization and automation within the HR function, collaborating with IT to improve data pipelines.
- Quality: Assess the integrity and quality of data, conducting validation and verification exercises to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or relevant technical discipline preferred.
- Excellent quantitative skills, including data manipulation, KPIs / metrics development and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Communication
- Ability to understand the need of the stakeholders, their intended audience, and what questions the data answers for their business.
- Strong proficiency with creating insight reports for senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thrives working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. HR experience preferred
- Experience in working in a HR analytics function or working with people data is preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization, preferably in the HR or talent analytics space.

- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills incl. VBA
- SQL preferred
