The Workforce Information Supervisor is a team lead role and is responsible for overseeing all activities to ensure the accurate and timely gathering, capturing/extracting, interpreting/synthesizing, analysing, and/or submitting/reporting of HR data. This includes creating comprehensible and engaging reports and presentations to enable informed decisions in the design, planning, and/or improvement of different talent management programs.
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this role
1. Manage multiple data sources / databases, including the HR Dashboard to ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of HR-related data/information through regular alignment and collaboration with data owners
2. Conduct analyses of HR-related data/information to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data from multiple sources using applicable tools, methodologies, and techniques
3. Contribute to the timely and accurate reporting and communication of insights to enable data-driven decisions towards the development and implementation of different HR programs by preparing engaging and compelling visual presentation materials
4. Serve the HR-related data/information requirements of different stakeholders through timely and accurate preparation, review, and release of files based on agreed upon scope and timelines
5. Lead and/or contribute to initiatives to improve or streamline processes and templates resulting in more efficient ways of data capturing, analysis, and/or reporting in collaboration with different stakeholders
Qualifications for this role:
1. Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics and other related courses
2. Minimum of four (4) years relevant professional experience in Data Analysis, Data Transformation, Graphic/Presentation Creation and Design, and Report Writing preferably coming from an HR background
3. Must have a minimum of one (1) year people management experience
4. Must have good communication skills Knowledgeable in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets and Slides
5. Must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and keenness to details
