The Job
The Dialer Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of the call center's automated dialing systems. This role ensures that the dialing technology is utilized effectively to maximize agent productivity, meet business objectives, and comply with all regulatory requirements. The Dialer Specialist will analyze data, implement dialing strategies, and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance the overall efficiency of outbound/inbound call campaigns.
- Configure and manage automated dialing systems to optimize call campaigns.
- Monitor real-time and historical performance metrics to ensure optimal dialer efficiency.
- Adjust dialing strategies based on campaign requirements and performance analysis.
- Schedule and launch outbound call campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve contact rates and conversion.
- Generate basic performance reports and highlight any trends or concerns.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to the dialer system promptly.
- Coordinate with IT and dialer vendors to ensure system stability and performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on dialer software and hardware.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.
- Experience: Experience working with automated dialing systems in a call center environment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using dialer systems and SQL
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing dialer settings, monitoring
- performance, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience using automated dialer systems.
- Background in call center, collections, customer service, or fintech preferred.
- Solid technical knowledge and strong SQL proficiency is a benefit.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Manila
- Shifting Schedule: 5 day work week (day shift and mid shift)
