Knowledge in Workforce and is certified in Workforce – Integration (PT103).
Professional experience with JavaScript at advanced level.
Working with SQL and writing basic queries.
Working Knowledge in SOAP and Restful Web Services Implementation.
Working Knowledge on SSO Federations is an added advantage.
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an added advantage.
Able to gather technical requirements and implement packaged application software.
Develop Interfaces using APIs for Customers to connect with HCM applications.
Assist customer in all integration processes and design architecture programs.
Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
Responsive and follows through on customer requirements in a professional and timely manner.
Should be able to communicate effectively with customers to understand the concerns and provide a solution.
Stay current on technical specifications on the Software products.
Revise existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
Follow structured processes for documenting code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
