Technical Abilities:

• PT-102 certified

• Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.

• Familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems.

• Experience or ability to learn SQL and write queries.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Works well as a team member or individually.

• Works well with multiple clients concurrently in a customer focused environment.

• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance

• Experience providing application support for complex software systems a plus

• Experience in any programming language
