Key Responsibilities:
- The Workforce & Capacity Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic management of various corporate functions within PH and is the key commercial support for the VP of Regional Commercial Services.
- The primary role of a Workforce & Capacity Manager is to strategically optimize organizational efficiency by overseeing workforce deployment and resource utilization. This position demands an experienced professional with an extensive understanding of WFM and Forecast Capacity Modelling to build robust algorithm models to support growth and expansion

Qualifications / Skills:
5 years experience - Essential
- Strategic & Capacity Management Planning: Ability to develop and implement workforce and capacity strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Skill in utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and optimize resource utilization.
- Project Management: Experience in overseeing and delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on resource allocation and utilization.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis related to workforce and capacity management.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring high performance.
10 years experience - Preferred
+ Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior leaders, present findings, and convey complex workforce and capacity concepts effectively.
