Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Workflow & Forms Specialist. The Workflow & Forms Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows and custom forms to improve efficiency and streamline business operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, creating detailed workflows, managing data integrations, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless implementation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Workflow Management Tools and Automation Platforms, including process design, implementation, and optimization
• Strong skills in Data Integration and Management systems for seamless connectivity
• Experience with Custom Forms Creation and managing form-based processes
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for troubleshooting and refining workflows
• Effective Collaboration and Communication skills to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Understanding of CRM systems and related tools is a plus
