We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Manila. If you have a deep understanding of Workday solutions, experience in both implementation and Application Management Services (AMS), and a proven ability to support presales activities, we want to hear from you!
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that Workday solutions are designed, implemented, and supported to meet business objectives, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Your Missions
-> Solution Architecture & Delivery:
- Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other relevant modules.
- Oversee Workday implementation and AMS projects, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with best practices.
- Conduct solution reviews, impact assessments, and provide technical governance.
-> Presales & Business Development:
- Support sales teams in presales engagements, including solutioning, RFP responses, client presentations, and demos.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose value-driven solutions.
- Develop proposals, estimates, and roadmaps for prospective clients.
-> Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on Workday capabilities and enhancements.
- Partner with business and technical teams to bridge gaps between functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with clients and internal teams.
-> Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor junior consultants and guide them in solution design and delivery.
- Contribute to building internal accelerators, templates, and best practices for Workday projects.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday (or similar HCM/ERP products such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).
- Strong knowledge in at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, Talent & Performance).
- Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and client advisory roles.
- Experience supporting presales activities such as RFPs, demos, and solution presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Workday certifications are a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Workday integrations, reporting, and security configuration.
- Knowledge of global HR and payroll processes.
- Experience working in a consulting or service delivery environment.
