We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Workday Engineer to join our expanding Workday HCM Technical Delivery Team. This role supports us in delivering an ambitious roadmap of Workday optimisation and enhancement. What will you do as a Workday Senior Engineer Reporting to the Workday Delivery Manager, your accountabilities will include:
- Leading and contributing to Workday configuration across one or more functional areas, from design through to deployment.
- Providing subject-matter expertise to guide business stakeholders, project teams, and BAU support teams on Workday solutions.
- Contributing to the HR Solutions delivery roadmap through regular development and release cycles.
- Performing gap analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement to influence effective decision-making.
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues while collaborating closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
