At Nordic Global, we're looking for a Workday Security Analyst to help support and optimize Workday security across a dynamic enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on user experience, compliance, and system integrity while working alongside talented teams and industry experts.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and enhance Workday security configurations, including Role-Based, User-Based, Domain, and Business Process Security Groups.

Conduct regular security audits and access reviews, ensuring compliance with least-privilege principles and reducing configuration drift.

Build and maintain advanced security group structures such as Rule-Based, Intersection, Aggregation, and Segment-Based Security Groups.

Partner with integration teams to secure Integration System Users (ISUs) and Integration System Security Groups (ISSGs).

Support payroll, organizational, reporting, and document security requirements while safeguarding sensitive business data.

Maintain tenant-level security settings, authentication rules, and network access controls.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on Workday Security experience

Strong expertise in Workday Security Frameworks, including Domain and Business Process Security

Experience with user access reviews, security audits, and compliance initiatives

Knowledge of User-Based, Role-Based, Job-Based, Location-Based, and Segment-Based Security Groups

Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly integrated enterprise environment

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
