The Role:

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in implementing and managing Workday integrations for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Workday integration solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration. You will use your expertise in Workday's integration tools to connect various business systems and optimize client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Extend, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Gather business and technical requirements from Finance and HCM stakeholders to develop integration solutions tailored to their needs.
• Develop and optimize modern integration solutions, leveraging Workday's latest capabilities, including Workday Integration Hub and Workday Extend for enhanced automation.
• Manage integration lifecycles, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency by implementing Workday's latest OAuth 2.0 authentication and data governance best practices.
• Conduct unit, regression, and end-to-end testing, ensuring integrations function correctly with minimal disruption during Workday releases.
• Collaborate with internal and client technical teams, providing training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support long-term integration maintenance.
• Monitor and enhance post-go-live integrations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to maintain stability and performance.
• Stay up to date with Workday releases, proactively assessing and implementing new features such as Workday Orchestrate and enhanced API functionalities.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, specifically using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and other integration tools.
• Solid understanding of Workday HCM or Finance modules and their data models.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
• Strong understanding of integration development life cycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a complex integration environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Experience with testing frameworks and integration error handling techniques.
• Workday Integration Certification
