Note: Successful Applicants must be comfortable with working on weekends and rotation shifts as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Integrate Workday with external HR, Finance, and third-party systems ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end integration solutions.
- Develop reports using BIRT (Eclipse).
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specs, integration workbooks, and test plans (SIT).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and track delivery progress.
- Follow SDLC/SDM processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Basic knowledge of Workday security and business processes required.
- Exposure to Unix scripting, SFTP, Control-M, Connect Direct is a plus.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field
- 3+ years of Workday Integration experience
