Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Cloud & Cloud Connect Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integration technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday integrations while collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations using Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect.

Support integration between Workday HCM, Recruiting, and other third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Work with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements.

Support recruiting and HCM processes including requisition, offer, onboarding, and related workflows.

Review Workday data and reports to support business and recruitment activities.

Ensure integrations and workflows align with Workday HCM business processes.

Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system improvements.

Work with Workday security roles and access management where required.

Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations and system changes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data privacy requirements.
