Workday HCM Technical Lead
We are looking for a Workday HCM Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Workday solutions and integrations across global systems.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM, including configurations, integrations, and tenant management, along with the ability to lead technical delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead Workday HCM implementation and enhancement efforts
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, payroll, and ULMS
- Provide expert guidance on Workday configurations, business processes, and releases
- Oversee data migration, integration design, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with global teams across IT, HR, and business functions
- Drive post-go-live support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (must-have)
- Strong experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
- Proven track record in technical delivery and team leadership
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments
