About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Workday FINS Analyst to join our Global Technology team. In this role, you will be the go-to technology expert for our finance teams. You will help us get the most out of our Workday Financial systems by planning and rolling out system and process improvements.

What You Will Do
You will help support and improve our core Finance systems (like Workday, Salesforce, and Concur) with a focus on Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, and reporting.
System Setup & Integrations:
- Set up and maintain a streamlined global chart of accounts.
- Create and manage account posting rules to ensure alignment with our global policies.
- Collaborate with local teams to handle VAT and sales tax requirements.
- Help build and manage smooth integrations for banking, payroll, and digital tax returns.
- Define the steps for our month-end and year-end close processes.
Reporting & Data:
- Design, build, test, and maintain custom Workday Financial reports and dashboards.
- Partner with various finance teams to understand and deliver the specific reports they need.
- Assist in transferring historical financial data (like General Ledger and Accounts Payable/Receivable) into Workday.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and keep our systems running smoothly and securely.
Training & Support:
- Ensure our system design supports strong financial controls and audits.
- Test new system configurations to guarantee they work perfectly for the business.
- Create training materials and train our internal super-users on new systems.
What We Are Looking For
- Workday Experience: You have hands-on experience setting up and supporting Workday Financial Reporting in a real-world environment.
- Accounting Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of accounting principles (including IFRS) and general finance operations.
- Core Finance Skills: You bring experience in at least 2 or 3 of the following areas: AP/AR, Banking, Journals, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, or VAT.
- Tech-Savvy: You have strong Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Problem Solver: You have a great eye for detail and can rapidly analyze data to find and fix issues.
- Great Communicator: You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have experience with system design or working in a PLC reporting environment!
