Job Summary: Digital Experience Analyst
Focus Area: HR Systems & Digital Experience (Workday)
Experience Level: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Workday Functional Support: Manage and support product/process design enhancements and defect management globally across key Workday modules, including HR Core (Hire to Retire), Absence, Security Design & Governance, Reporting, Performance & Talent, and Compensation.
- Digital Experience Strategy & Optimization: Develop, execute, and monitor data-driven digital experience strategies to align HR systems with organizational goals and enhance employee user experience.
- Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global experience owners, and IT to translate business needs into system/reporting requirements, recommending feature trade-offs and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Process Improvement & Change Management: Lead continuous improvement for core HR systems, ensure spec alignment, troubleshoot global issues/change requests, and deliver change management communication plans for feature releases.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Compliance: Act as a global SME for HR digital products while ensuring adherence to Corporate and Global Services HR standards and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital experience analysis.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR systems and processes, specifically focused on Workday.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong analytical capabilities, and deep knowledge of digital experience design principles.
- Project & Process Management: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Soft Skills & Communication: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and change management skills, with a strong commitment to compliance and data privacy.
- Willing to work in a HYBRID Set up (2-3 days onsite per month)
- Willing to work in a MID Shift Schedule
- Willing to Start ASAP
