Job Description

What can you expect in an IT Applications Analyst, Workday role with TaskUs:

Think of yourself as someone who will understand the end-to-end business process and design medium to complex Workday projects and enhancements.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will be a partner for the Recruitment HR, Finance and IT departments within the organization working cross functionally with these different areas. This individual will help support our Workday system and integrated downstream applications, gather and comprehend business process requirements for new or existing functionalities. Using best practices, the person in this role will help design and configure or work with development to create forward-thinking, scalable solutions. Efficiently troubleshooting issues, the candidate will help propose solutions to achieve operational excellence. This position will participate in application upgrades, designing new solutions, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontline to business requests and incidents.
  • Understand the end-to-end business process.
  • Determine the root cause of an issue and propose the needed solution.
  • Participate in analyzing business requirements - includes scoping, discovery meetings and work estimation.
  • Design and implement medium to complex Workday enhancements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation - includes root cause and solution or technical design.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of (5) years of IT professional administrative and analytical experience which must have included root cause analysis, risk assessment and recommending solution.
  • 2-3 years hands on experience with any ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine / Service Now / JIRA.
  • 3-5 years hands on experience in the following Workday Modules: Core HCM, Time and Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and/or preferably with Recruiting, Security, and Core HR.
  • Experienced with Workday objects like: Business Process, Career Site Branding, Domain Policies, Security, Setup Tasks, Workday Document, Job Application Journey, Calculated fields and Reports. Preferably has exposure with Core HR, Core and Advanced Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Intermediate knowledge and/or practice of SDLC like Waterfall or Scrum methodology.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office or G-Suite and MS Project or similar software.
  • Have project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, presentation skills with proven business analytical skills.
  • Can start ASAP or within 30 days.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:

  • Any TaskUs PH office preferably near Metro Manila
