Requirements
- High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years technical support experience is required, preferably with dedicated WordPress support experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience with CMS (e.g. Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Laravel)
- Advance knowledge of Web Hosting & fundamental knowledge in SEO.
- Intermediate communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Technical skills (Hosting services/Troubleshooting WordPress, SSH, WP Cli, DNS, PHP, and Database)
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask.
Competencies Required
- Handling email and chat queues efficiently
- Understand and troubleshoot technical inquiries; topics includes DNS, SSH, and WordPress issues
- Keeping Up-to-Date with Product Updates and Procedures
- Escalate issues, bugs, and improvements to appropriate channels
- Acts as the Point of Contact (POC) for updates and assistance on specific products
- Provide guidance and serve as the go-to person for clarifying and discussing tickets handled by new colleagues/trainees
- Take ownership of escalated cases and ensure timely follow up
